By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

Fix Pro San Diego is a referral service. We take your job details and match you with an independent local handyman or repair pro. We do not perform repair work, employ the pros we match you with, or set their prices. The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges, rebate amounts, and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Nothing on this site is a contract, a price, or a guarantee of an outcome. The quote that binds is the one the pro gives you.

Service agreements

Handyman work is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and the pro matched to your job, which you receive before work begins. You contract with, and pay, that pro directly. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed. Fix Pro San Diego is not a party to it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Fix Pro San Diego unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Where work is performed under a signed service agreement, that agreement sets the responsibilities and remedies between you and the pro who performed the work. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
